Tammy Wallace - brings to Helping Idaho Dogs the passion for building a professional nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping dogs out of shelters. Tammy is retired from the Idaho Air National Guard is working for the state of Idaho for the past fourteen years in the computer technology field.

Julie Bender - brings to Helping Idaho Dogs Inc, over 30 years experience working with people and their pets and a passion for dogs and their well-being. Julie has worked with Idaho 4-H as a Dog Leader and was the Dog Supervisor for the Western Idaho Fair. With a heart for helping dogs, Julie fostered, evaluated, and took on difficult cases for STAAR, a nation wide Australian Shepherd rescue organization. Julie is active in the sports of Agility, Rally and Freestyle.

Kimberly Pettit plays mom and trainer to Hudson and Abby, her two rescue dogs, and staff to her adopted cat, Kitty. She has a passion for helping animals live happy, healthy lives in forever homes. She pays the bills as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional primarily working in the field of natural resources.

Janet Hatfield - brings eleven years experience with canine assisted therapy at hospitals, schools for disabled children and adults, hospice and assisted living facilities.
Kate Pickett - brings over ten years of experience working with dogs. She currently teaches puppy kindergarten and basic obedience under the business name Keenly Canine. She is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed, a CGC and C.L.A.S.S. evaluator and a professional member of APDT. She enjoys training and competing with her own dogs in a variety of dog sports.

Kristina is currently a senior biology major at BSU. Her day job is researching pygmy rabbits and sagebrush, but her true love is training dogs. She is looking forward to a career in veterinary medicine and animal behavior.

Sandra and Chase are valued Canine Good Citizen Class assistants.

Robyn and Rusty are valued CGC assistants and member of our K9 Drill Team. Robyn and Rusty are active in the sport of Agility.

Natalie is a biology major at BSU and has recently applied to veterinary school with the hopes of combining medicine and behavior into her future practice with large and small animals. She is also passionate about informing pet owners about the importance of proper nutrition. She is currently vice president of BSU's Pre-Vet Club and works as a veterinary assistant at Vista Animal Hospital.

Norm Beckert - Twenty six years with Boise Cascade as Director of Corporate Procurement. Expertise in all aspects of purchasing and materials management. Strong engineering and manufacturing background.
Elizabeth Newburn - 30 years in senior management positions VP, COO, President in both large and startup companies, consulting, production management, sales and marketing, business plans, strategy, start-up, training, product development, quality assurance and business services.
Cheryl Flood - Contributes 21 years in computer graphics and 14 in web design and development, working with Idaho state agencies and private non-profit enterprises; 7 years experience publishing and editing; has taught web, graphics, editing and design for BSU's Outreach program and for national conferences, has consulted in general small business marketing. Loves dogs.

Jocabed C. Veloz, MPH CHES – Eighteen years experience working as a health professional in a variety of work settings including community health organizations, hospitals and academic institutions. Strong background in program management, health services research, workforce development, education, training, and social marketing.
